We are a small architectural practice delivering a high quality architectural design service in the Otago Southern region. The studio is located at Lake Hayes in the Queenstown area and is headed up by Jeremy Dunlop who is a registered architect with over 30 years experience working across a wide range of project types having previously worked with some of New Zealand's most influential practices. Established in 2024 the studio specialises in high to medium end residential and medium scale commercial projects, we aim to deliver a high quality of service tailored to each client's individual requirements.

It has been designed for a family of four and creates a fantastic series of spaces that connect well to each other and the garden. With two courtyard spaces linked directly to the living area and its bold simple form makes this a timeless piece of architecture and will make a great family home. Manse road villas

Located close to the centre of the historic town of Arrowtown these four new townhouses have been designed to make the most of their elevated sloping sites. Spread over three levels with four bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and an open plan living dining kitchen space on the top level accessed by a lift. The living spaces open out to the north onto a large flat roof terrace area where residents will be able to soak in the spectacular Arrowtown autumn colours from its elevated position.

These small affordable houses were designed for a development in Arrowtown. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs and living dining spaces on the ground floor opening up onto a large private garden area with covered external terrace and outdoor fire. The development is designed based on low energy Passivhaus principles.

Queenstown hill house

Design for a high-end luxury house and several attached apartments on a spectacular site located close to the centre of Queenstown. The house is clad in the local schist stacked stone with a bagged finish and had a large terrace overlooking the lake with a sheltered outdoor room space to the north.
